Innovation Women is a mission-based company focused on diversity, gender equity and inclusion on the stages of the world. Two-thirds of all conference speakers are men which limits women’s business and career opportunities. Public speaking is a path to pay equity, better funding for women-founded companies, more board seats and women in the C-suite. We have a weekly drop-in Zoom chat for speakers (or people interested in speaking) called Speaker Friend Fridays.
